E-Motion

Brief Project Description

The E-Motion project aims to enhance Emotional Intelligence-based methodologies for job counselors and provide soft skills training to unemployed women, fostering social and labor inclusion while promoting self-employment.

A key goal is to revitalize rural areas and support work-life balance.

To achieve this, the project will develop:

1

PR1 (The Expert Counsellor Manual) – A theoretical and practical guide for job counselors, including workshops and role-playing exercises to enhance their ability to train job seekers;

2

PR2 (The Skillful Woman Manual) – A similar guide tailored for unemployed women, focusing on skill development and self-employment;

3

Multiplier Events (ME) – Organized in each participating country to disseminate results, reaching a total of 60 participants;

4

Local Training Activities – Involving training organizations to implement project outcomes, ensuring long-term sustainability.
