Kick-off meeting
The project partners will gather to present the Management Plan, ensuring smooth project execution. Key discussions will cover dissemination, financial, administrative, and technical action plans. A detailed review of PR1 activities will help define concrete actions and align progress with the project timeline.
Additionally, the meeting will focus on strategic planning for the next six months, including the development of databases and outlining the project’s next implementation steps.
PR1 - Expert Counsellor
PR1 – Expert Counsellor aims to develop and test theoretical and practical materials for job counsellors across participating countries. The project will produce a manual (The Skilled Counsellor) based on feedback and a role-play workshop to enhance practical skills, addressing challenges identified in previous research.
The different activities included here are the following ones:
- Finalizing the theoretical and practical content based on previously defined skills;
- Developing learning pills and training tools for each skill;
- Conducting a workshop to present and test the materials;
- Collecting feedback and creating the Skilled Counsellor manual;
- Organizing a role-play workshop for practical skill application;
- A common report summarizing findings and participant feedback will be produced after the testing phase
The primary audience includes job counsellors, trainers, and staff from training organizations, such as employment offices and work agencies. The materials will benefit both organisations and job seekers by enhancing the training services offered.
The project will define an implementation strategy, develop 20 learning pills and training tools, collect 15 feedback questionnaires, and produce a training system manual for job advisors. This will support the integration of innovative training and services in the education and employment sectors, enhancing the counsellors’ skills both professionally and personally.
PR2 - Skilful Woman
PR2 – Skilful Woman focuses on developing theoretical and practical materials for unemployed women to enhance their skills. The project will produce a manual (The Skilful Woman) based on the feedback collected during a testing phase and workshops.
This activity will include:
- Finalizing theoretical and practical content for the 10 identified skills.
- Creating learning pills and training tools for each skill.
- Developing theoretical content for the pills and tools for training.
- Conducting a workshop to present and test the materials.
- Collecting feedback from participants and creating the Skilful Woman manual.
- A common report will be generated after the testing phase, summarizing the feedback and providing insights for the manual. This manual will support continuous training and integration of skills into daily practice.
The primary focus is on unemployed women, with the additional goal of positively influencing elderly individuals by improving intergenerational communication and connection.
The project will define workshop agendas, identify 10 critical soft skills, and develop 20 learning pills and training tools. It will collect 15 feedback questionnaires, produce a common report, and create a training system manual for unemployed women. These outcomes aim to improve both job search processes and social inclusion, helping women regain their sense of value within society.
2nd Transnational Meeting
Partners will evaluate the training modules and results developed in the first phase of the project. Feedback from the first target group and insights from collaborating stakeholders will be reviewed to refine the implementation strategy. The impact of the project will be assessed, and planning will begin for future actions to ensure long-term sustainability.
Key discussions will include the organization of upcoming training courses and workshops, as well as a review of financial, administrative, and technical action plans.
Local training activity in each country
Local Training Activity will be held in each participating country, with 10 participants involved in a three-day training program. This will serve as the initial phase for applying the training models developed during the project.
Concerning the different days of the training:
- Day 1: Participants will be trained using the tools and learning pills developed in PR1;
- Day 2: Participants will be trained with the tools and learning pills developed in PR2;
- Day 3: A group of unemployed individuals will join the training, allowing participants to apply the knowledge gained
The primary audience consists of job counselors and trainers from at least five training organizations, such as chambers of commerce, employment offices, and temporary work agencies. The training will benefit the participants, the organizations they belong to, and the job seekers they will work with in the future.
As final results of this activity:
- Complete training of 10 participants per organization, focusing on practical application of PR1 and PR2 materials, improving job search outcomes
- Secondary result: Monitoring the integration of developed materials into the participants’ respective organizations
- Implementation of 10 feedback questionnaires per country
Multiplier events in each country
Multiplier Events will take place in each participating country in the 11th month of the project. These half-day workshops will engage 15 participants per partner and serve as a key dissemination activity to present project outcomes and objectives.
Participants will receive a USB drive containing the PR1 and PR2 manuals for immediate use, along with a certificate of attendance. The event agenda and evaluation survey will be shared via email to collect feedback. To uphold the project’s environmental commitment, all materials will be provided digitally.
The event will engage career counselors, teachers, trainers, unemployed women, immigrants, youth job seekers, adult education centres, school representatives, NGOs, youth organizations, policymakers, and SMEs representatives.
Concerning the expected Results:
- Provide an overview of project activities and outcomes;
- Share results with key stakeholders;
- Collect feedback from participants;
- Strengthen professional and institutional networks
