Project Description

Project Details

The E-Motion initiative seeks to refine Emotional Intelligence-driven approaches for career advisors and deliver soft skills training to unemployed women, facilitating their social and professional integration while fostering entrepreneurial endeavors.
A fundamental aim is to rejuvenate rural communities and promote a harmonious balance between work and personal life.

The core goals of the project are:

  • To design a methodology grounded in Emotional Intelligence, tailored to the evolving global landscape, and intended for career advisors;
  • To develop a comprehensive soft skills training guide to enhance the social and professional inclusion of unemployed women and stimulate self-employment. Through this effort, we aspire to contribute positively to the revitalization of rural territories and the improvement of family-work conciliation.

To accomplish these objectives, the project will produce:

  • PR1 (The Expert Counsellor Manual) – A theoretical and practical resource for career advisors, incorporating interactive workshops and role-playing activities to strengthen their capacity to guide job seekers effectively;
  • PR2 (The Skillful Woman Manual) – A parallel guide specifically designed for unemployed women, emphasizing skill enhancement and entrepreneurial initiatives;
  • Multiplier Events (ME) – Conducted in each participating country to disseminate project findings, engaging a total of 60 attendees;
  • Local Training Activities – Engaging training institutions to apply project methodologies, ensuring long-term viability.

This initiative is twofold, targeting both career advisors and women seeking employment—particularly those with limited qualifications—to bolster their employability, job retention, and entrepreneurial aspirations.

Simultaneously, E-Motion seeks to leverage Emotional Intelligence and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to enhance motivation, self-accountability, and awareness among its target groups. A particular focus is placed on equipping low-skilled or underqualified individuals with strategies to expand and refine their competencies. As an additional, yet equally significant, audience, we consider business owners and training institutions.

This approach stems from our recognition that one of the most effective ways to tackle rising unemployment is by fortifying existing job positions. Data collected by project partners indicate that emphasizing these skills within companies boosts efficiency and, in turn, facilitates job creation.

To guarantee the longevity and extensive impact of the project’s initiatives, we will collaborate with various organizations that, although not direct beneficiaries, can adopt and advocate for the project on local, national, and international levels.
